by Richard Osman
Christmas time comes to Cooper’s Chase, and will the Thursday Murder Club have a quiet time of it? Of course not. When one of their friends is found dead, they have to figure out what is going on to bring justice. But while that is happening, someone else’s health is failing. How will they deal with the very real problems of loved ones in failing health?
If the last book gained a half star in the last few pages, this one is better from the very real struggles one character and their spouse face. More grounded than many of the other entries.
