Nick is like 11 years older than I am. As a kid I can remember wondering how someone close to my age could have such a cool job. As I have drifted in and out of Illinois over the years, he was always somewhere on WGN… until they let him go in 2020. Now he has a podcast. I enjoyed reading his sometimes excellent, sometimes very weird takes on movies.
