The fullness of time series is aimed at helping people better understand the church year. This volume is written by Emilio Alvarez, a bishop in the Pentecostal tradition.

Beginning with a discussion of pilgrimage and power, followed by a description of the Jewish feasts that were taking place and the history of them. This is followed by a discussion of glossolalia – speaking in tongues. The majority of the book discusses the liturgy surrounding the day focusing on the Anglican, Eastern Orthodox, Roman Catholic, Syrian Orthodox, and Pentecostal. He encourages the reader that we can all learn from each other.

Bishop Alvarez discusses the Pentecostal theology of Baptism of the Spirit. And believes that the tongues occurring on the Day of Pentecost were a healing of the work done at the Tower of Babel.
