The problem with pre-orders is that sometimes you end up with things that are not what you expect. The Tempest Runner is the script from the audio book of the same name. This is a short 400 pages as you get a lot stage directions – “sounds of blaster fire”, “music swells”, and a new chapter every couple of pages.

Here we get the current and past adventures of Lourna Dee, Tempest Runner. Its perfectly decent – she has a background out of central trope casting. But it was mostly fun. Guess what? Lourna Dee is invincible!!!

For the end of the year – read the four graphic novels (2 Firefly, 2 Star Wars) that are on my “to read” shelf.
