Edited by Jim Butcher and Kerrie L. Hughes, this is an excellent short story collection of urban fantasy. My favorites are the stories about Major General Minimus, Harzl, and Alexei. My experience is that each story is pretty stand alone – but they all take place in existing worlds. The ones that I enjoyed most were ones that I have experience in the worlds. As with any short story collection from a variety of authors – I liked some more, some less, and some were not to my taste.
