This is a “Friend com” (it’s like a romcom only about friends). The problems revolve around a lack of communication between the friends. A crazy adventure is what is needed to solve the problem (and not say a coffee or a drink and conversation). Its an emotional ride that is well written, but your enjoyment is likely to be based on how much you enjoy a screwball ride.
