2021 #15 – The Wise Man’s Fear

By Patrick Rothfuss

The middle book of a trilogy is always a strange thing. We know that the main character is relatively safe, but can get into trouble and will likely learn information that is needed for the final confrontation. Anyway, Kvothe travels, goes to fae, and has other adventures. We as the readers get a variety of clues as to what he has locked in his thrice locked box. I generally enjoyed the book, but thought a couple of chapters were a bit long.
