A Christmas gift from my oldest, this collection of short stories and two story fragments (with comments from Inklings about what they remember about where the stories might go) is interesting. The Dark Tower was a “sequel” to Out of the Silent Planet that never came together, it has some interesting ideas – but I can understand why it was abandoned in favor of Perelandra. After Ten Years was the beginning of a take on the Iliad and Menelaus from the end of Lewis’ life that has some interesting twists. The short stories are all lesser works of Lewis. I enjoyed the reading, but I doubt I will revisit any of the stories.
